The Coral Goddess
It all begins with an idea. The Coral Goddess is located in Pemuteran, Bali, and is created in collaboration with Pemuteran Bio-Rock Team and is located in their amazing award winning coral conservation project.
The sinking of the Coral Goddess.
The Coral Goddess was installed in 2011 and was blessed during a traditional Balinese ceremony. They blessed the sculpture with the power to protect their coral garden, the artwork is created using the bio-rock technology with a statue of the goddess Dewi carved from natural organic rock.
Coral Gardening
Komang and i carefully collect fragments of coral from the surrounding reef to plant on the lotus flower base created using the bio-rock technique powered by a solar and wind source.
A personnel story
The coral goddess is situated in an award wining coral restoration technique situated in Pemuteran Bay, North West Bali. The artwork was created with the bio-rock team who have continued to create and add stunning sculptures. The coral goddess is brimming with life.
